Autumn Business Operation Internship

Programme Background:

In this programme you will have the chance to work with an international and professional team, equipping you with the skills to navigate cross-time zone communications and a unique experience in a world-class business operation. At the end of the programme, all interns will receive a certificate showing proof of their working period, area of work experience and a comment from their supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with their operations manager to oversee daily business operations.

• Assistance on creating sales and marketing materials.

• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.

• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.

• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.

• Monitor sales orders and supplier relations.

• Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments.

• Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors.

• Keep updated on industry trends and the consumer market.

Key Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of existing application systems.

• Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing computer programs.

• Provide ad-hoc support as required.

• Educated to degree level in Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Proficient in JavaEE and web-based development.

• Familiar with EJB, XML, XSL, Servlets, JMS, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Knowledge in Spring, Jasper Reports, Hibernate, Websphere MQ, WAS, DB2, and X.509 is an advantage.

Business Development Partner

Job Description:
Bubufds Solution is seeking a strongly result-driven candidate as the B2B
Executive Closer. The initial candidate will focus on prospecting for opportunities from clients who show interested in expanding their business to other countries; Generating leads whilst building expertise in international business solution, specific sector requirements and detailed knowledge of Bubufds Solution and the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and identify business leads and opportunities by identifying prospects

• Nurture closes by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of solutions to prospects/customers

• Understanding prospects/customers diverse and specific business needs and product expertise to meet them

• Capable of understanding customers business and industry

• Writing persuasive sales proposal, negotiating with prospects and closing new business deals

• Ongoing commercial account management

Key Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or above in any discipline.

3-4 years of experience in Sales field, we welcome talents with less experience to accept the challenge as well.

Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field is preferred.

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management.

• Responsible for calendar management, such as scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Coordinate with external and internal parties for meetings or activities.

• Provide support in travel arrangements and logistics.

• Prepare payment approval for various expenses;
Handle other general secretarial and clerical duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above.

• Minimum of 2 years’ related working experience, experience at MNC is preferred.

• Experience working in the back office is definitely an advantage

• Able to work independently, organized and detail oriented;
Flexible and helpful in personality.

• Proficient in PC skills including but not limited to MS Office, Chinese Word Processing.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new businesses with potential international clients.
